An approach to life

You have a large lump of rock and a chisel in front of you (you are going to make a beautiful sculpture). You chisel for a bit, then rest for a bit, chisel for a bit, rest for a bit, and so on.Along the way you may decide to change the sculpture you have in your imagination many times. Eventually, you make a beautiful sculpture.  The beautiful sculpture you have created represents the beautiful life you are going to create and maintain. The method you used of ‘effort, relax, effort, relax, effort, relax’ is key. You do this for the rest of your life, put effort in, then take a break - as life doesn’t stand still and a beautiful life needs maintaining.

Don’t beat yourself up if you miss a day or a week or more of this approach to life, but always have the intention in your mind to do it long term. With the initial consultation, we will be getting a feel for each other as well as looking to establish what issue/s you want to address & where you want to get to through working with me ..we will have covered some of this in our chemistry call, if we had one. I will be drawing from my valuable life experiences alongside my studies. Above all, you are in the driving seat.I look forward to getting to know you & to supporting you in your journey to a better life.
